Incorrect Products

Embiggen Books will accept returns of books with a delivery note, within 30 days of the shipping if you were sent the incorrect product to that invoiced at time of ordering. A full refund will apply including shipping. If you ordered an audio product or paperback or hardback or wrong language when the order clearly stated the item correctly then no refund is available. However, a credit note for future purchases can be arranged if the product is returned and is in resalable condition.

Damaged Products

You have 48 hours to notify us from the time of receiving the goods that the item is damaged. You will be required to return the item as soon as possible and when that is done then a replacement product will be shipped to you. No refunds are available in this instance.

General Returns

Embiggen Books will accept general return of items only if they are returned in the original condition and within 60 days of date of purchase. You must contact Embiggen Books on 07 5474 0990 or send a message through the website contact page to notify us that you will be returning an item. A credit note will be issued for you to use against your next purchase. Embiggen Books will not pay for postage and we must remind you that if you do not package the item correctly using bubble wrap and cardboard then it could result in arriving in a damaged state and no credit will be due.

Special Exceptions to General Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refunds on Educational Study Aids, Gift Cards, Special Orders, Calendars or Diaries, Sale items, CD’s or DVD’s unless the seal is intact. Refunds will be provided at any time if an item is faulty, does not do what it’s supposed to do, or is significantly different to that shown or described to you.

Please return the item with a copy of your order or relevant personal details so we can attribute the return to you.
